## Background & Key Features

The client was initially planning to replace the existing HVAC controls, along with the access control and video surveillance systems. We proposed a more efficient and cost-effective approach: extending the life of the existing systems by integrating them rather than replacing them. 

This solution significantly reduced project costs and delivered added value through a self-financing energy efficiency initiative with a 2.7-year payback period.
