Royalmount, one of the largest real estate developments in Montréal, opened its doors on October 15, 2025, for a technical tour organized by Bâtiment durable Québec (BDQ). ACCS was present to share its expertise and highlight its role in the first phase of this large-scale project.
Owned by Carbonleo and designed by the architectural firm Lemay, Royalmount is intended to be a sustainable urban campus combining offices, retail spaces, entertainment areas, and parks. Three international certifications are also targeted: LEED, WELL, and Parksmart.
In this project, ACCS automated the operation of all electromechanical equipment. More than 30,000 control points were integrated into a centralized management platform to ensure efficient and sustainable monitoring of the installations.
This expertise was showcased during the technical tour, which included the participation of Catherine Roy-Cardin, Partner and Strategic Business Development Lead, Marc Carrière, Project Manager, and Maxime Beaulieu, Commissioning Technician at ACCS
Through this involvement, ACCS reaffirms its mission to simplify the daily operations of the teams managing this one-of-a-kind complex.
